1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Nobleman Labs MChJ and govern access to and use of VorBook, vorbookapp.com, related applications, websites, subscriptions, communications, and support services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information, secure credentials, and activity under your account.

3. The Services

VorBook provides book recommendations, reading tools, taste insights, summaries, and community signals. Recommendations and generated descriptions may be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate and do not guarantee availability, suitability, or quality.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. User content and feedback

You retain rights you may have in content you submit. You grant Nobleman Labs a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

5. Paid services

Some features may require paid access. App stores, payment processors, or other providers may handle billing and subscriptions under their own rules. Unless required by law or platform policy, fees are not refundable.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobleman Labs disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
